The Yorkshire Evening Post has been the number one news brand in Leeds for more than 150 years. And in 2023 it was the first National World city daily print title to undergo a complete relaunch. But this was not just a repackaging of the content in new clothes, it was a 're-imagining' of what a daily newspaper means to the reader, a root and branch re-examination of how we present news and information to a modern city audience. We have taken the old YEP and introduced a completely new approach, with a mosaic of visual and storytelling devices to show our content in completely new ways.
