An award-winning broadcast journalist and the daughter of the "Skipping Sikh", who received an MBE during the pandemic. I've reported on BBC and Sky, with bylines in mainstream publications. As a speaker, I've spoken at corporate events, schools, universities, and most recently a carers conference, drawing on my experience as a carer for my mum, who is in remission from myeloma. Founder of Asian Women Run, a community group featured on the BBC's Rise and Shine series, encouraging and inspiring Asian women over 40 to walk, jog, run, and become more active. I'm also an Outreach Ambassador for parkrun and the National Running Show.
